This year, the World Wide Fund for Nature sent pandas travelling around Germany. 1600 of them - the number estimated still to be living in the wild - visited Frankfurt on their journey. Not real ones though, but cute little sculptures. This picture shows the pandas in front of the Frankfurt old opera house. Not the best place for wildlife, but surely attracting a lot of attention.
