This is the Heister Steam Railroad engine in the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum. Many of the engines like this one, are closed to the public since the space is too small or access is limited or too steep for people to easily climb in. This shows the tight spaces that would have been there when the train was running with a full load of wood for the trip.
