Theme

This year I was working quite a lot on reprojecting equirectangular images. I was pleased with many of the results. For this WWP event I selected one of them (the Diana Temple) in the "normal" equirectangular version. The Diana Temple was been built around 1613–1617 with its surrounding park. It is located in the centre of the Hofgarten, a small park near the city centre of Munich.

See two reprojected versions of the panorama here.

Making Of

I shot the image handheld with the help of a Philopod. I took three exposures of each image and fused them into one panorama.

You can read a short Pecha Kucha talk about reprojecting equirectangular images I held in Timişoara at the PanoTools meeting 2009 here.
