This was the last sunny day of Autumn and dreadful rainy and stormy weather was forecast. I went to take some pictures of the warm Autumn colours to look at and cheer me up during the bleak and miserable Winter season. The location is Kirkstall Abbey, a ruined Medieval monastery set in beautiful grounds on the bank of the River Aire, not far from Leeds city centre in West Yorkshire.
