From the 8th to the 11th of November, 2009, the Trade Fair Institution of Alicante held a Gastronomy Fair. Among other activities and events, some of the most recognised chefs in the world gathered to give lectures and seminars.

In this particular pano, Ferran Adrià (probably, the most recognised chef in the world at the moment), presented El Bulli's (his restaurant and currently the Best Restaurant in the World) new season dish collection for the coming year.
