Without a proper treatment it will kill him all the same. This morning, Cesar will get a ticket and will walk his way to the hospital alone, with luck and money he may be treated there.
Today, pharmaceutical company Novartis is taking the Indian government to court in an effort to overturn the country's medicines act that was designed to bring drug prices down. If the company wins, millions of people across the globe could have their sources of affordable medicines dry up.

César a 15 ans et n'a pas contracté le SIDA, c'est une chance penserez-vous mais comme beaucoup d'autres en Afrique il a la tuberculose contre laquelle il y a peu de mobilisation internationale. Sans un traitement adéquat ça le tuera tout autant que le SIDA.
Ce matin Cesar recevra un ticket pour l'hopital. Après une longue marche et avec un peu d'argent et un peu de chance il y trouvera un traitement.
Aujourd'hui la compagnie pharmaceutique Novartis poursuit le gouvernement indien devant les tribunaux afin d'annuler la loi indienne sur les médicaments destinée à diminuer leur prix.
