This view of winter afternoon rainstorms closing in on downtown Seattle was taken from the 12th Street Jose P. Rizal Bridge. It is also one of the very few viewpoints of Seattle where one does not see the Space Needle!

The large dark orange building at the top of the hill opposite of downtown is where the headquarters of Amazon.com is located in what was once a large hospital.
