This panorama was taken at the winter solstice between 06:56 and 07:08 CET (GMT +1) on the "Dischinger Brücke" (bridge) in Berlin-Spandau. The view sweeps over the Havel (a river) over to the town hall of Spandau and the old city of Spandau with the St. Nikolai Church. Down the Street - called "Spandauer Damm" - you can see the Spandau Arcaden, a shopping center. Taking this photography required a total of 12 minutes where the last picture was shot exactly at the time of the solstice. A total of 40 pictures was shot for this HDR panorama, a series of 5 images between 2 and 30 seconds for each step (6 images in the round plus sky and ground picture).
